Onsite Requirements:



  • Creation of library elements (symbols and cells) that reflect industry standards (IPC, ANSI, IEEE)

  • Digital Signal Processing

  • VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog Firmware Development (Modalism)


Job Description:



  • This job requires an experienced technical writer with an understanding of signal processing, design trees and drawings, and familiarity with communication hardware.

  • A working knowledge of electrical engineering with a knowledge in RF and digital systems is highly desirable.

  • The individual must be familiar with cables, connectors, miscellaneous parts, etc. and general knowledge of functionality.


Required Skills:



  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel in particular

  • Visio, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Engineering Diagramming programs

  • Understanding of VHDL

  • Understanding of networking technologies

  • Understanding of Modelism (Mentor Graphics) & Vivado (Xilinx): Hardware programming


Preferred Skills:



  • JIRA & Confluence: web based collaboration and Wiki designing

  • Adobe Framemaker: word processing tool for larger formats

  • Interim clearance is sufficient for start.
