We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technical Writer to support the buildout of our new AI Practice within the Hybrid Infrastructure division. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping how we communicate our technical capabilities, value propositions, and service offerings to clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to create compelling, client-facing content-including marketing collateral, Statements of Work (SOWs), proposal templates, and RFP responses-tailored to AI and hybrid cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality, client-ready technical and marketing content that supports our AI and hybrid infrastructure services
• Develop clear, detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with solution architects and practice leads
• Design and standardize client-facing templates for proposals, presentations, and service offerings
• Collaborate with the business development and proposal teams to contribute to RFP and RFI responses
• Translate complex technical concepts into digestible, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand across all written content
• Maintain a content repository and update materials as offerings evolve

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment (infrastructure, cloud, or AI preferred)
• Proven experience writing and editing:
  Marketing materials and solution briefs
  SOWs and technical service documentation
  Client-facing templates and sales enablement tools
  RFP/RFI responses and proposal content
• Strong understanding of hybrid infrastructure and emerging AI technologies
• Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and leadership
• Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a new practice or service line buildout
• Familiarity with AI solution stacks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and enterprise IT environments
• Exposure to content management systems, documentation tools, or design platforms (e.g., Confluence, Adobe, Canva, or similar)
