Location; Jersey City, NJ
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a documentation role within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA, SOX).
- Proficiency in document management systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO, ITIL, or other industry standards.
- Certification in Regulatory Affairs or Technical Writing.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely delivery of high-quality documentation that meets compliance requirements.
- Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Efficiency in document control processes.
- Positive feedback from internal teams and regulatory bodies.
- Mandatory Skills: Technical Writing .
- Experience: 3-5 Years
