Overview of your day-to-day

• Develop and edit technical documents including test plans, test procedures, operation manuals/user guides, and technical orders
• Work closely with project/program managers and engineering staff to coordinate documentation review and obtain approval/release
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes and templates
• Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices related to technical writing and documentation

What makes you a great fit

• Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent
• Background in electronics, test, and mechanical assembly processes
• Experience using MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills, dependability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Considered a plus

• Candidates with at least 5 years of experience researching and creating technical documentation for military equipment will be given extra consideration.
• If you have experience developing and editing technical manuals for military or airborne equipment, including generating environmental, EMI, Acceptance test plans, procedures, and reports, it will be an added bonus!
