DPP is seeking a Technology Analyst for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work arrangement:
  • Partially onsite: Onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • W2 position; 12 months
  • Candidates must be eligible to earn a low-level US security clearance (Public Trust).
Position summary:
  • The Technology Analyst is an operational role supporting key technologies.
  • Operational roles can include working with the team to upgrade or make other changes to the tools to maintain security and compliance.
  • This role will be focused primarily on customer requests or issues.
About the team:
  • The Identity Services team consists of nine talented engineers who work on various projects related to Medicare HVA and many SSO integrations.
  • They also handle upgrades to some of the major applications and agents, ensuring that they are up to date and secure.
  • This is a collaborative and customer-oriented team that values troubleshooting skills and feedback.
Required technologies:
  • Entra ID
  • Active Directory
  • Okta
  • RSA
  • Secret Server
  • Windows Server administration
Nice to have:
  • Quest (RMAD)
  • Venafi
  • UserLock
  • ADHQ
  • Scripting in PowerShell and/or Python
Minimum required work experience:
  • 4 years of experience with specific knowledge of the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes to be supported.
  • 1 year of experience directly supporting the technology(s), product(s), and/or processes (may be concurrent).
Required education/equivalencies:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
  • OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
  • OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 8 years without a degree)
