About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to drive reactive programming initiatives using Vert.x. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project deliverables, coordinate Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely execution with strong analytical and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, testing, and support of Java-based applications.

  • Deliver end-to-end project outcomes with a focus on Spring Boot and Microservices.

  • Collaborate with clients and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Must-Have Skills

  • 8 10 years of professional experience in Java development.

  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend services.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Java 8 and Vert.x (Reactive Programming).
