Job Description:
Technology Services Consultant
Remote Position
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and hands on experience on managing upstream and downstream interface/integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party vendors / other internal systems; experience in performing system administrator and techno-functional role within Oracle Fusion Cloud product suite (ERP, HCM, Procurement) which include security roles design/configuration to fit business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead efforts to gather requirements, troubleshoot, analyze, provide solution / workaround on issues on interface/integration to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud with external vendors and internal systems.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of technology security assessment, design and implementation services related to a variety of Cloud Oracle products; areas of focus include but are not limited to security, segregation of duties and business process controls.
  • Consult with the business stakeholders to understand and assess business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and provisioning of security for all delivered and custom functionality, system fixes and updates.
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Oracle security roles and automated controls throughout key business process cycles, which includes regular security access reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Audits to ensure security is complying with all required procedures and documentation.
  • Create and maintain data flow diagrams, logical system flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams to understand as-is and to-be system states and communicate project scope to all stakeholders.

Required qualifications:
  • 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of systems integrations experience required with strong preference on integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum of four years of system/security administration, Reports and Analytics, techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (core HR, payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning, goal & performance management) with emphasis on Payroll and Benefits.
  • Experience on /exposure to T-SQL or PL-SQL, C#, PowerShell commands is required.

Desired experience:
  • Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials & Procurement), Oracle EPM Cloud, strongly preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll and other HCM Cloud modules is a huge plus.
  • Experience in utility tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Bitbucket, ServiceNow are highly desired.
  • Knowledge on Lucee, Tomcat, NGINX is a huge plus.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team with onshore/offshore model is highly desired.
