Upon acceptance of this role, you will join our 1-year Global ELITE+ (Eli Lilly Information Technology Experience) program-an immersive experience within the People Experience journey, designed to accelerate your career success within our technology organization. This program offers leadership and foundational technical skill-building, mentoring as-needed, networking opportunities, and more.
The Global ELITE+ experience begins within your first 3-6 months at Lilly to ensure early collaboration across Lilly's digital innovation landscape, gaining exposure to diverse teams and technologies that drive our transformation. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). What You'll Do
- Independently develop great software solutions to solve exciting problems and help patients.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to turn ideas and concepts into solutions.
- Develop with a variety of languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, R, Java, Go, React, and FastAPI.
- Understand and challenge business goals and user stories, following a SCRUM Agile approach to rapidly develop proof of concepts.
- Implement solutions following a Minimum Viable Product approach.
- Formulate and implement test strategies through the release cycle.
- Ensure documented processes and procedures are followed for all activities to meet quality standards.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in and attending school, pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Technology, Information Technology, Security or another relevant computer and technical program with expected graduation by August 2026.
- Completion of the 2025 Lilly technology summer internship.
Desired Experience
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the technology capabilities listed.
- Solid skills in problem analysis and problem solving.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.
