Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor helpdesk systems and respond to incoming support requests.
Set up and configure employee devices and user profiles.
Manage user accounts and permissions using identity management tools.
Maintain virtual servers and support system health monitoring.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Participate in infrastructure projects and support enterprise applications.

Qualifications
Experience in technical support and system administration.
Familiarity with identity management and device management tools.
Experience with cloud platforms and security tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
