Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Technical Business Analyst IV to join our team supporting the Palantir project. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have a data-focused background, experience in utilities, and a passion for driving results within a collaborative, stakeholder-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Capture and translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Backlog & Change Management: Maintain product backlog, track changes, and prioritize features in collaboration with stakeholders.
Scrum Master Support: Facilitate agile ceremonies and support the Scrum process as needed.
Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze and improve business and technical processes; break down complex user and data management systems.
Prioritization & Planning: Assist in project planning and roadmap prioritization to align with business objectives.
Application Development: Hands-on coding as required; participate in code review and quality assurance activities.
Technical Design & Architecture Input: Provide recommendations from a business functionality perspective.
Integration & API Development: Support system integration, API development, deployment, and production support.
First 90-Day Deliverables:
Contribute to the ongoing Palantir project (existing implementation) by documenting requirements, aligning stakeholders, and supporting development and deployment activities.

Years of Experience: 2 4 years
Preferred Backgrounds / Industries: Data-focused roles; Utilities industry experience preferred
