Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience supporting mobile devices (Apple iOS, Android, Windows)
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mobile carrier services (voice, data, SMS, MMS, tethering, etc.)
- Experience managing service requests and incidents via ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Familiarity with carrier portals for managing cellular lines and service plans
- Experience with mobile provisioning, activations, and refresh cycles
- Flexibility to participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including support for executive users
Important Skills & Preferred Experience:
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project/task tracking
- Ability to document SOPs, Knowledge Base Articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Proactive problem solver and team player
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor s degree preferred
