The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the validation and verification of each requirement and to make sure the product is reliable, secure, and fit the performance requirement parameters of our systems.

The likely salary range for this position is $119,850 - $162,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the validation and verification of each requirement and to make sure the product is reliable, secure, and fit the performance requirement parameters of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for highly complex systems in a classified environment.
- Work with vendors for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and IOC
- Perform Verification and Validation on enterprise Security requirements throughout the lifecycle
- Perform Network testing between stand-a-lone and enterprise systems for health
- Perform testing on Data Extract Transform Load (ETL) from ingest to end user needs on our Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) servers and networks
- Perform rigorous security testing to including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and security control validation.
- Understand POAMs and help engineers to identify areas of concern
- Execute Application Test Plans on electrical engineering waveform messaging and signal processing to verify data integrity, latency, and performance.
- Automate test cases where applicable and develop test harnesses to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, and project managers to identify and resolve issues.
- Document test results, generate reports, and provide clear and concise feedback on system readiness.
- Maintain an expert understanding of IC regulations and security protocols.
Required Skills:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of professional experience in software or systems testing.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing cross-domain solutions (CDS) (e.g., CORS, JSONP) and an understanding of their architecture and security requirements.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience in an agile development environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with testing tools such as Wireshark, Splunk / ELK or equivalent, Python scripting. Security+ and Ansible.
- Experience with Vendor hardware, e.g. Everfox, F5, Owl, Data Diode etc.
- Experience with Network emulators/simulators/traffic generators, e.g. Spirent
- Experience developing and working within dev/test/prod environments
- Experience configuring, deploying, and using network monitoring tools, such as Zabbix, Nagios or SolarWinds
