Job Details
We are looking for a Test Engineer to support the verification of Software, Hardware, and System requirements for advanced space applications. This role involves hands-on testing, analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure mission-critical performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute test scripts to verify software, hardware, and system-level requirements.
Support integration and verification of RF-based systems, including RADAR, SIGINT, and COMMS applications.
Operate and troubleshoot using RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters.
Develop or modify test scripts and utilities to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a STEM field, or high school diploma with:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant military or defense industry experience working with sensor systems (preferably RADAR).
Experience in system integration and test, operations, or maintenance.
Ability and willingness to work dedicated 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift for up to one year:
1st shift: 5 AM 1 PM, Mon Fri
2nd shift: 1 PM 9 PM, Mon Fri
3rd shift: 9 PM 5 AM, Sun night Fri morning
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with RADAR or Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) system integration and testing.
Background in space payload or satellite integration/testing in cleanroom environments.
Programming experience in C or MATLAB; scripting in Python or Tcl.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in RF and system environments.
