Job Details

We are looking for a Test Engineer to support the verification of Software, Hardware, and System requirements for advanced space applications. This role involves hands-on testing, analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure mission-critical performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test scripts to verify software, hardware, and system-level requirements.

  • Support integration and verification of RF-based systems, including RADAR, SIGINT, and COMMS applications.

  • Operate and troubleshoot using RF test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters.

  • Develop or modify test scripts and utilities to improve test efficiency and coverage.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in a STEM field, or high school diploma with:

    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant military or defense industry experience working with sensor systems (preferably RADAR).

    • Experience in system integration and test, operations, or maintenance.

  • Ability and willingness to work dedicated 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift for up to one year:

    • 1st shift: 5 AM 1 PM, Mon Fri

    • 2nd shift: 1 PM 9 PM, Mon Fri

    • 3rd shift: 9 PM 5 AM, Sun night Fri morning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RADAR or Electronically Scanned Array (ESA) system integration and testing.

  • Background in space payload or satellite integration/testing in cleanroom environments.

  • Programming experience in C or MATLAB; scripting in Python or Tcl.

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in RF and system environments.
