Test Technician
Paying $27 / HR
Location: Portland, OR
Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum pumps and related subsystems used in the semiconductor industry including motors, electronic components and electrical controls systems.
- Use of electrical and electronic test equipment such as multi meters and oscilloscopes, blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting.
- Visual inspections, continuity testing, leak testing, mechanical and electrical functionality testing.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems. Replace faulty parts and make mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Document results and solutions.
- Work safely with high voltage electrical systems.
- Will lift and maneuver motors that have some weight to them.
- Will need to be able to read small labels with tiny writing (magnifying glass provided if needed).
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with testing and troubleshooting electronics
- Must have familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems
- Must be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Must have experience with digital and analog systems
Environment / Shift:
- Production environment but clean and organized overall.
- This is a bench technician role so technicians get their own desk and work area to troubleshoot and repair.
- Day shift, 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
