Job Details

A premier home builder that has offices throughout Texas is looking to bring on a Tier 2/3 Support Analyst to join their team in their Plano, TX office.

They are ideally looking for candidates with 5 years of experience providing tier one through three support, with a main focus on tier two and three support. In this role you'll be responsible for interacting with end users to setup, troubleshoot, and maintain the company's desktop and mobile computing environment by respond to calls, emails and in-person requests for technical assistance. The client is looking for candidates that have experience providing in person support to executives, addressing tickets with Jira, and other project work related to Desktop level 2 tasks.

This will be an onsite 3-6 month contract to hire position in Plano, TX.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ Years of experience providing IT support in a customer/client facing role
  • Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • PC troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Remote Desktop Support and in person deskside support
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
