Job Details

A premier home builder in the Dallas Fort Worth area is looking to grow their team and bring on a Tier 2 IT Support Specialist.

They are seeking candidates looking to grow in their IT career. They are preferring candidates who have experience with software and hardware, tracking and resolving computer related issues, working with vendors to setup, disconnect, and troubleshoot services, and provide a positive and professional experience for end users resolving IT needs. Ideally, they would like for the candidate in this role to have experience working with Windows, O365, Outlook/Exchange email troubleshooting, PC troubleshooting, and Remote Desktop Support for users. This is a customer and end user facing role so excellent oral and written communication is a must have.

This will be an onsite contract to hire position in Grapevine, TX Required Skills & Experience
