Title: Sr. Product Owner -Onsite
Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA

Description:

Required Skills: - (Minimum 8+ years as Product Owner )
- Experience in coordinating the product development process from start to finish as a key contributor and implementer of the product vision and roadmap.
- Experience in work closely with cross-functional teams and to translate work requirements, and ensure prioritization of the product backlog to ensure it reflects the most valuable features and stories.
- Experience in creating and prioritize a product backlog consisting of features and requirements that align with the product s vision and goals. It will manage the development process, schedule releases, address production issues and coordinate sprints for 1-2 Product teams.
- Provides technical guidance throughout the development process.
- Experience in handling Demos work to stakeholders, actively participates in Scrum meetings and sprints, collaborates closely with solution architects, UX, User Research Team, A/B Testing team, and coordinates with other product owners and scrum masters for cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Web/App is a must have as role will be working with a team focused on Web development.
- Retail experience
- Experience working with Loyalty programs is a nice to have
