Pay: $20+/hr based on skillset
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Sunday-Thursday

Hours: 7am-3:30pm Sunday-Thursday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a variety of tools, engineering changes, molds, templates, fixtures and jigs.
- Set-up, adjusts and operates all types of machine shop equipment. Select and lay out materials.
- Draw sketches and calculate dimensions as required.
- Repair or modify existing tools.
- Calculate shrink rate dimensions for different plastics.
- Team player with the ability to work on miniature, close-tolerance parts and fixtures with minimum supervision.
- Train mold technicians to increase their knowledge and skills in the areas of troubleshooting and mold repair techniques.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrate acceptable layout welding skills and quality
- Able to communicate effectively over the phone and before small groups of people.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Have appropriate reading, clerical, and basic mathematical skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ yrs. tool & die manufacturing experience
- Related vocational certificate or associates degree
- CNC programming with milling and EDM machine experience
- Able to read blue prints and reverse design parts and pieces from molds and equipment
