Traveling Superintendent
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing all on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

We take pride in having over 350 employees spread across various locations, including specialized personnel for design engineering, GPS modeling, and civil engineering.Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing all on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of construction sites in multiple locations.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment for each project.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and budgets.
- Resolve issues that may arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work on-site at various locations.
- Experience with Heavy Civil, Earthwork, Excavating, Demolition, Utilities, Asphalt, Concrete, Sitework, and Site Development is a plus.
- Knowledge of environmental remediation and civil engineering principles is desirable.
