Location: Atlanta, GA Local candidates only (hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
Interview: expected to be virtual/In-person

Bachelor's degree + 6 years of professional experience (Master's may substitute 2 years).
Certifications (Preferred):

PMP, ISTQB, CSM

Define UAT strategy, entry/exit criteria, and test plans.

Collaborate with BA, dev, and QA teams to create and review scenarios and test cases.

Ensure environment and data readiness for UAT.

Lead and manage multi-stream UAT execution.

Oversee vendor/internal testing and defect resolution.

Drive traceability and test automation.

Coordinate integration, eligibility validation, and performance/load testing.

Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors.

Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and reports for leadership.

Coordinate with Release Management to ensure smooth go-live.

Implement Agile, DevOps, and automation best practices.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and PII requirements.

Capture lessons learned and metrics to improve test quality.
