Job Summary We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to support the development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for internal crew-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Figma and platforms such as UiPath, Amazon Q, and Appian. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong focus on user experience testing and design consistency. Key Responsibilities Design user interfaces for internal applications using platforms like UiPath, Amazon Q, and Appian. Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user experience testing to gather feedback and improve design outcomes. Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals. Adhere to established brand standards and contribute to maintaining a consistent design language. Required Qualifications Experience designing UI for enterprise applications using Figma. Familiarity with platforms such as UiPath, Amazon Q, and Appian. Proven ability to conduct and apply insights from user experience testing. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working within Client's brand standards. Experience designing client-facing user interfaces. Education: Bachelors Degree
