UI/UX LEAD/PROGRAM MANAGER

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The UI and UX Lead/Program Manager will be primarily responsible for managing a small to mid-size Drupal Development Team supporting a centralized website which integrates resources from a Learning Management System. Additionally, the role will include managing a SalesForce application, and leading the comprehensive stakeholder communications for a specific project (s) while coordinating application requirements using project team stakeholders, analysts, and developers.
The incumbent must also be able to demonstrate strong experience in managing mission critical technical tasks while creating a seamless user experience in the areas of multiple portal application support, user interface creation using flat design, development of a specific customer user interface using Adobe XD, user provisioning, process design and development, and single sign-on. The Lead will also lead a comprehensive and focused approach to creating the most engaging user experience using innovative best practices aligned to meet the organization s strategic needs and core business objectives.
Technical Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s or Master s degree in the field of Computer Science, Design, Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Certifications in UI, UX, TRA, ITIL, SWA, SDAT, or AWS.
- Technical Proficiency: JavaScript, HTML5, JQuery, CSS, Angular 6+, and integration experience or ability to understand VueJS and ReactJS.
