Relevant Experience

(in Yrs)

At least 5 years of experience with UKG (Kronos) WFC and Dimensions functional and technical areas like Timekeeping, Scpersonduling, Mobile App and System configuration in a Retail, Logistics or Manufacturing environment.

Technical/Functional Skills
  • Migration from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions is a must
  • Experience in developing Boomi or API integrations is a must
  • Experience working as hands-on technical lead:
    • Providing technical solutions around WFC / Dimensions ecosystems.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions integration, security, network, platform architecture.
  • Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting).
  • Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions (Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc.)
  • Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions.

Migration from WFC to Dimensions

Integration using Dell Boomi or API

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Consultant (Defining tperson solution, leading team of Consultants, Migration, Cutover)

Participating on scrum teams and delivering architecture solutions as part of an Agile project delivery methodology

Education

BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
