Role: UKG PRO Project Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Kronos workforce system projects and provide SME support across HR Tech & IT.
Configure, test, and administer Kronos/UKG Pro WFM systems (Timekeeping, Attendance, Leave, Scheduling, Payroll integration).
Conduct system audits, configure schedule/pay rules, and ensure compliance with policies.
Manage integrations via Workforce Integration Manager, Boomi, and other UKG tools.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
Provide ongoing technical & functional support to Workforce Planning, Payroll, and HR.
Lead UAT for application changes/upgrades and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
Required Technical Skills:
5+ years experience with UKG Pro WFM, Workforce Central 8.0+ (WFC 8.1 preferred).
Hands-on with Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, and UKG Integration Manager/Boomi.
3+ years experience with Service Release installations & upgrades.
Expertise in configuring UKG Pro dashboards, tiles, and custom reports.
Strong knowledge of device setup (4500, InTouch, Teletime IP) and integrations.
