Role: UKG Program Manager
Location: Seattle WA (Hybrid)
Type: Fulltime Position
Job description:
- Experience in managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs (Preferably UKG Pro WFM Implementation)
- Ensure project milestones, budgets and resources are effectively managed
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities
- Act as a primary point of contact between business, IT, vendors, UKG and TCS team members
- Lead and Manage project team members
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage relationship with UKG team, third party vendors and Customers
- Provide regular updates to all stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of workforce management processes, including time tracking, scheduling and compliance.
Good-to-Have:
- UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
