Role:UKG WFM Implementation Solution/Integration Architect
Location:Seattle, WA
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with UKG WFM, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).
Strong understanding of WFM domains:
  • Timekeeping / Time & Attendance
  • Advanced Scheduling
  • Forecasting & Labor Management
  • Accruals & Leave Management
  • Pay rules & compliance
  • Experience designing enterprise-level workforce management solutions.
  • UKG Dimensions or WFC certification (e.g., Timekeeping Pro, Scheduling Pro).
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-location, or global workforce management implementations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems: Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, etc.
  • Experience collaborating with technical architects on integrations/API requirements.
