* UI Design: Design and deliver high-quality UI assets and components using Figma, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with the overall game aesthetic
* Collaboration: Present design concepts and solutions to the team, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to improve usability and player experience
* User-Centered Design: Make design decisions driven by user research, data analytics, and usability testing, ensuring that player needs and preferences are prioritized
* Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure the design is consistent and adaptable across different platforms (PC, web, and mobile) while maintaining the integrity of the user experience
* Prototyping & Interaction Design: Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate complex interaction patterns and design concepts effectively
* User Research: Participate in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gain insights that drive iterative improvements to the user experience
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including wireframes, user flows, UI design, and interaction design
* Proficiency in Figma, with experience in designing and creating UI components and assets for different screen sizes and devices (PC, mobile, web)
* Experience designing for multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adaptability of designs across different screen sizes and interfaces
* Familiarity with user research methods (e.g., user testing, surveys, data analysis) and the ability to apply findings to improve design decisions
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systems
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly to team members
* A passion for gaming and an understanding of how design impacts the overall player experience
