RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer in Lincoln, RI for a 6-month contract-to-hire role.

Role Breakdown:
* Application Design
* Focused on service elements of the insurance website
* Includes forms, self-service features, and public-facing site design
* Content/Marketing Design
* Works with marketing stakeholders
* Designs homepage content, landing pages, and other marketing materials

REQUIREMENTS:
* Internal designer at a large corporation or established brand
* Strong visual design skills are a must
* General UX skillset is valued
* Must have Figma
* Self-starter
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
* Good writing and proofreading skills
* Prefer B2C experience
* Not seeking candidates from startups, mom-and-pop shops, or short-term client work

Portfolio Expectations: Case studies: 4-5 well-structured examples; Should include:
* Clear narrative of what they worked on
* Proofread copy
* Strong visual layout
* Easy navigation and technical functionality
* Evaluation is strict-better to send more for review than fewer

Location & Work Model:
* Hybrid: 3 days/week in office
* Remote Option: Only for candidates outside MA or RI
* Preference: Onsite candidates are preferred, but remote is acceptable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
