Job Details
ITCON Services is looking for a bright, motivated Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer to join our team.
LOCATION:
- On-site at House Office Buildings in Washington, D.C.
- Work Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET
- Availability: Must be on-call 24/7 as needed
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (on-site and remote)
DUTIES:
- Configure and maintain Intune and/or Jamf platforms
- Troubleshoot related issues
- Create technical and knowledge articles
- Support mobile device management and software installations
- Write and use PowerShell scripts for automation
- Collaborate with other IT groups and participate in HIR initiatives
- Provide high-level customer service and executive-level support
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain an Active Public Trust Clearance
- 2 4 years with Intune and/or Jamf
- 2 years PowerShell scripting
- 1 2 years patch management
- Experience with BMC Remedy or similar tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
