Required Skillset:
Laptop/Desktop hardware support
AV, Zoom conference room support
Laptop/Desktop network troubleshooting (wired/wireless)
Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack and other user application support
Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Microsoft AD, Entra ID, MFA/SSO
Plus for the following:
Remote hand support to Infrastructure hardware and services: Aruba, Cisco, Dell server/storage.
