Role Overview

We re looking for a talented Lang Graph Developer to design, implement, and maintain innovative graph-based solutions in support of enterprise AI and knowledge engineering initiatives. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure graph applications aligned with clients mission and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Graph System Development: Architect and build graph-based models and retrieval systems utilizing Lang Graph, LangChain, and OpenAI technologies.
• Data Integration: Design pipelines that ingest, transform, and query data to power graph networks, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Model & Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompt strategies for AI models interacting with graph structures to deliver accurate, context-aware results.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure graph solutions are performant at enterprise scale, with a focus on reliability and fault tolerance.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to clients AI governance, including compliance, data privacy, and risk mitigation policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Documentation & Standards: Produce technical documentation and help define standards for graph-based development and deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with graph modeling and retrieval systems (Lang Graph, LangChain, etc.).
• Proficiency in working with OpenAI APIs and AI-driven toolchains.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Background in constructing and querying graph databases or vector-based retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and integrating graph logic into AI workflows.
• Understanding of enterprise-level software development practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing.
• Ability to work effectively onsite in a team-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and risk governance best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with agentic or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, especially involving graph workflows.
