  • Open needs at the following locations
  • Florence AZ

    • Cushing OK

    • Shelby MT

    • Holdenville OK

    • Eloy AZ

  • LCSW or LPC required.
    • Cannot use LMSW, LCPC, or any other certifications.
    • As of 7/11 if the candidate does not have an active license in the state of the facility, they can be considered with an attestation that they qualify for the license and how long it will take to obtain.

  • Day shifts, with some flexibility needed for different shift durations/days.
