M9 Solutions is seeking a User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer to work on-site for a client located in Springfield or Lorton, VA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Support the User Activity Monitor (UAM) Software solution, executing all updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
- Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment.
- Ensure all coverage gaps are resolved.
- Help analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM-specific updates.
- Support all documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline.
- Support training as directed by the client to stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and ensure a certification program is in place for personnel development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree and 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Active TS/SCI.
- Prior leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
- Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
- Experience with the User Activity Monitoring (UAM) products and platform.
Full-Time Employee Compensation
- M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
