Location: Westlake, TX/Austin, TX

Duration: 12+ Months (Contract to Extend)

Requirements:

• The client is seeking a Mid-Level User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Digital Rep Solutions team. This role is crucial in enhancing the experience for our global network of employees by delivering creative, user-centric solutions for complex business problems.
• You will be part of a diverse and collaborative team that upholds high design standards. We empower our designers to think outside the box and drive design decisions grounded in user experience and research, ensuring all deliverables are WCAG conformant and designed with an inclusive mindset using modern tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• As a UX Designer, you will be involved in every stage of the design process, from initial research to the final deliverable:
• Design Execution: Deliver end-to-end product experiences, including the creation of user flows, site maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• User Advocacy: Drive design direction that is aligned with and validated by user research, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform user flows and interactive patterns.
• Collaboration: Foster a highly collaborative design process by working closely with product owners, fellow designers, researchers, and technology partners to produce effective deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with product teams and stakeholders to build relationships, understand their strategic vision, and present creative ideas and solutions.
• Design System Management: Actively leverage and contribute to our established design system and component library.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for design and process improvements and take the initiative to drive their implementation.
• UX Education: Educate and champion the benefits of User Experience design across other teams within the organization.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a User Experience Designer.
• Education: BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• UX/UI Proficiency: Strong portfolio of work demonstrating skills and experience in UX/UI design, methods, best practices, and deliverables.
• Tool Expertise: Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite (CS).
• Usability & Data: Strong understanding of usability principles and techniques, with experience in leveraging data to drive design decisions.
• Accessibility: Solid A11y (Accessibility) knowledge and/or experience is required.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at every level of the organization.
• Mindset: A strong team player attitude with an openness and desire to learn, coupled with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred (Major Plus)

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
