Responsibilities of the Senior User Experience (UX) Designer:
Maintain and optimize the current design system library within Figma.
Create human-centered experiences and designs by understanding business requirements and priorities, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
Carry out an assessment of the live site compared to the Figma design system. Reconcile discrepancies and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute UX / UI design expertise in stakeholder meetings and communications.
Contribute to process and workflow improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and stakeholders such as Development, SEO, Growth and Product Marketing, Brand, Corporate Communications, and other XD teams.
Ensure usability meets accessibility requirements and forward-thinking trends.

Qualifications of the Senior User Experience (UX) Designer:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a User Experience Design role or equivalent delivering digital experiences, a bachelor’s degree preferred and/or related discipline.
A portfolio of work including examples of at least 2 real-world projects
The ability to create interface design systems and design reusable component libraries.
An expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.
Experience working with an enterprise CMS platform such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent with an understanding of component-based development.
Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
You are transparent and confer with supervisors and others as to the most appropriate media and method of design.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills required to network and build relationships.
