This position will be on-site in the Raleigh, NC office.
General on-site IT support for the Fayetteville Regional Office This is advanced work in providing consultation, support and/or training for technology-based systems. Employees may provide support of hardware, applications, operating systems, and networking. This function requires an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of technologies to effectively support end-users and provide guidance to others.
Required Skills:
Broad knowledge and skills from a range of technologies to address work assignments. |
General knowledge of IT security principles |
General knowledge of Microsoft OS and general productivity tools; MS Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Power BI, and other general applications |
Skilled customer service professional |
Skilled IT consultant with ability to solve and/or prevent technical problems. |
Ability to independently resolve routine and non-routine issues on software and/or hardware. |
Ability to organize and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. |
Ability to solve unexpected problems associated with projects and daily work. |
