Job Details

Title: VIP Help Desk
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6+ months contract to hire
Compensation: $20.00 - 26.00/hour
Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

VIP Help Desk

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of IT experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (proficiency not required, but prior exposure is necessary).
    • Preferred MDM platforms: Addigy, JAMF, or Kandji. Any Apple MDM
  • Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
    • Experience with application management, packaging, deployments, and updating processes
  • OKTA experience - it's currently being implemented for governance
    • Identity Access Management (IAM) would be great!
  • Microsoft 365 architecture and management experience/familiarity

Preferred Qualifications:
  • API Integration experience
  • RingCentral deployment or experience with cloud phone providers
  • Excellent communication skills - as a VIP helpdesk they would need to provide white-glove customer service. We need them to be knowledgeable and engaged in technical conversations.
  • Okta or Azure certifications
  • Network +, Security+, or A+ certifications
