VP Endpoint Security

What does a successful VP Endpoint Security do? A successful VP Endpoint Security at Fiserv is a seasoned security professional who thrives in a complex and technical environment. This role is essential for implementing and overseeing global endpoint security technologies and strategies, including the IoT landscape. They possess a deep understanding of endpoint security technologies, tools, and methodologies and have the ability to lead and communicate effectively across international teams. The ideal candidate is adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects, and proficient in the application of cybersecurity methodologies, including a comprehensive understanding of policies and control capabilities, in diverse environments.

What you will do:

• Design and implement endpoint security services for a diverse global environment.
• Lead and manage a team of security professionals to implement security technologies and programs globally.
• Collaborate with teams globally and communicate effectively to ensure the proper deployment of security measures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Conduct thorough security assessments and implement necessary improvements to ensure robust endpoint security.
• Manage time and priorities efficiently, overseeing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Provide technical expertise and trouble resolution for complex security issues.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on security incidents and ensure compliance with security policies.

What you will need to have:

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in endpoint security technologies.
• 15+ years of experience in the design and implementation of endpoint security services.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in a technical security role, capable of making independent decisions.
• Experience with Windows and UNIX/Linux/AIX/Mainframe/IoT defense in depth strategies and global security infrastructures.
• Certification in CISSP or specialized GIAC preferred.

What would be great to have:

• 15+ years of experience in network security fundamentals.
• 15+ years of experience in data protection/data security programs and concepts.
• 15+ years of practical experience with data-centric security models and methodologies.
• A solid understanding of hardware security management technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of firewalls, networks, operating systems, databases, storage, IoT and device level controls.
• Automation/orchestration experience and integration of AI capabilities.

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$162,400.00 - $243,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
