Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Veeva PromoMats Strategy & Solutions Lead to support a leading pharmaceutical client in their journey to transform commercial content management and promotional review processes. In this strategic role, you will design, implement, and optimize Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions, enabling greater compliance, agility, and efficiency in the client s marketing operations.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Strategist and Business Analyst focused on Veeva Vault PromoMats, you will:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on Veeva PromoMats strategy, implementation, and optimization.
• Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs.
• Implement end-to-end content supply chain operating models, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and client needs.
• Deliver deep expertise in claims management, digital asset management (DAM), modular content, and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes.
• Develop solution documentation, user stories, workflows, and blueprints to support project execution.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and ongoing optimization of PromoMats.
• Support pre-sales or internal proposal efforts, including RFP responses, demos, and strategic solutioning.
• Stay current with Veeva product enhancements, certification standards, and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and help build reusable tools, frameworks, and accelerators to scale delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Proven consulting or client-facing experience in the healthcare & life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Veeva PromoMats for pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health clients.
• Strong expertise in regulated content systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, Documentum, Vodori) and DAM tools (Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder).
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce).
• Solid understanding of compliance, content governance, and promotional content approval processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Veeva Certifications such as Vault Platform Administrator or Vault CRM Administrator.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Veeva certifications across commercial modules.
• Familiarity with GxP, Google Cloud Platform, and regulatory validation requirements.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
