Job description:

We are seeking a Veeva eTMF Consultant to implements, configures, and supports the Veeva Vault eTMF system for clients, ensuring clinical trial documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, managing system upgrades, training users, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and the Veeva Vault Clinical suite.

Key responsibilities

  • Solution design and configuration: Translate client requirements into technical solutions and configure the Veeva Vault eTMF system, including workflows, security roles, and reporting.
  • Client liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, lead stakeholder discussions, and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • System management: Support ongoing maintenance, lead user support, and manage the process for system releases and updates.
  • Knowledge and training: Create documentation, lead user training sessions, and serve as a subject matter expert for the eTMF system.
  • Compliance and quality: Ensure the system and its documentation meet all regulatory and compliance standards, such as GxP and other guidelines.
  • Process optimization: Analyze existing business processes and help clients optimize them for efficiency, often creating process maps and job aids.
