- Contract Duration: 7 Months + potential to extend
- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
- Compensation: $21.00 - $38.00 per hour
What you ll do as the Vendor Management System Analyst:
- Maintain and support the VMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Manage wage data updates through rate card creation, job postings, and work order revisions.
- Support configuration testing and backend updates to align with global requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics such as tenure, supplier compliance, and program performance.
- Conduct data integrity audits and provide actionable insights from VNDLY reporting and analytics.
- Provide training and ongoing support to system users, vendors, and resource managers.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and vendors, including vendor setup and access for global locations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and automate VMS operations.
- Provide invoice validation support, resolve payment inquiries, and expedite processing when needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data quality.
What you ll bring to the Vendor Management System Analyst role:
- Bachelor s degree.
- 2+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of VNDLY, including reporting, analytics, backend updates, and configuration support.
- Global experience supporting contingent workforce programs and vendor management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Experience with Workday VNDLY preferred; exposure to other platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline is a plus.
- Knowledge of vendor management best practices and global workforce program operations.
