We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Application Support. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA, (4-day in office)

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Provide governance for the Production Services group in the region, inclusive of the mentoring of new members.
• Resolve issues related to critical applications, servers, networks, and telecommunications.
• Build and maintain standard procedures and documentation to troubleshoot and resolve events.
• Work with platform engineers to reduce mean time to resolution and enhance the delivery of the service.
• Provide support and coverage for any disaster recovery or business contingency events.
• Perform routine System Maintenance, upgrades, and backups. Following established procedures and compliance regulations.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial. 8-10 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.12+ years of experience in technology support areas. Including Network, Windows, Unix, and/or Mainframe performing hands-on IT Infrastructure & Application troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management and knowledge of payments ecosystem a plus
• Proficiency in Automation Solutions, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk and Python automation scripts.
• Strong understanding of the Financial System and Trading platforms.
• Background and experience working in an enterprise environment with ITIL Service Management disciplines, inclusive of Request, Incident, Problem and Change processes.
• Experience with Lockbox Operations and systems support a plus
