We are a global leader in audio/video solutions, seeking an experienced VoIP Implementation Lead to drive architecture, engineering, and rollout of advanced voice, collaboration, and AI-enhanced communications technologies.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end VoIP solution design, implementation, and integration projects.
Provide architecture expertise across SIP, H.323, TDM, and data networking.
Integrate AI-powered features such as real-time transcription, noise suppression, speech analytics, and intelligent call routing into VoIP/UC deployments.
Collaborate with clients on technical requirements, solution design, and deployment planning.
Partner with sales teams to support pre- and post-sales engagements, including demonstrating AI-driven communications capabilities.
Deliver production support and participate in on-call rotations.
Mentor team members and contribute to best practices in unified communications and AI-enabled collaboration tools.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in telecom and VoIP technologies.
Deep knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols.
Strong background in TDM, data networking, and unified communications.
Hands-on expertise with Windows and Linux infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and broader UC ecosystems.
Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience applying AI/ML in communications (e.g., speech-to-text, NLP, call analytics, fraud detection) or strong interest in AI, given our expanding AI-driven product portfolio.
