Description
Our customer is seeking an expereinced Voice Engineer to identify and resolve performance issues and be responsible for all troubleshooting, repairing/replacing, configuring, monitoring and upgrading of the network on both unclassified and classified systems. This position is hybrid and mission essential.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.

Our customer is seeking an expereinced Voice Engineer to identify and resolve performance issues and be responsible for all troubleshooting, repairing/replacing, configuring, monitoring and upgrading of the network on both unclassified and classified systems. This position is hybrid and mission essential.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications related technologies
- 2nd and 3rd level support of existing systems
- Provide installation, transition, and cutover of components of the systems
- Provide all maintenance and documentation of ground equipment and systems on a scheduled and unscheduled basis
- Test and Integration
- Gather trend analysis data on systems, and provide input for resource planning
- Provide real-time usable statistics to aid with troubleshooting
- Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems
- Monitoring of Managed Services UC customers via 3rd party network monitoring software
- Review work/installation progress for accuracy, adherence to network design, and conformance to telecommunications standards
- Perform other Voice technology-related duties as assigned
