Job Details

Title: Lead AI Engineer/ Python Core
Location: Houston, TX, 2 days in office
Employment: C2C
Length: 1 year, can be extended
 
Position:
Must Have:
AI : Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, LLMs, Prompting methods and Chunking strategies
Development : Python experience, basic knowledge of react
Cloud : AWS services (knowledge of services/tools like BedRock, SageMaker)
DevOps : CICD, Kubernetes, Docker
Others : SQL queries, data model/design, LLM and SQL Tools, RAG, GitHub actions, development best practices, performance optimisations, etc
 
JD:
Core technical skills:
  1. Python Expertise
  2. Advanced proficiency in Python programming.
  3. Experience with asynchronous programming, decorators, and design patterns.
  4. Familiarity with Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
  5. LLM & Agentic AI
  6. Deep understanding of LLMs
  7. Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain
  8. Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool integration, memory management, and planning modules.
  9. Software Architecture & Design
  10. Ability to design scalable, modular, and maintainable systems.
  11. Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design.
  12. DevOps & Deployment
