Role: Senior Business Analyst (Expert Level)

Location: Albany, NY (50% telecommute per month, specific days negotiated with Supervisor)

Qualifications:

Must have Skills:

• 7+ Years of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management.
• 7+ Years of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).
• 7+ Years of experience analyzing intricate business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.
• 7+ Years of experience documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, proces, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• 7+ Years of experience in Information Technology supporting software systems or applications.
• 7+ Years of experience with ETL tools, batch jobs, Rational Quality Manager, Report Development using IBM Cognos or HIPAA compliant X12 format for EDI transactions
• 7+ Years of experience in reviewing and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.
• 4+ of professional experience developing well-constructed test scenarios and test cases against documented design use cases; performing testing, reviewing results, and documenting defects using a defect management tool.
