Certified SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Specialist

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency as a SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 specialist, with capabilities to support the setup and fine-tuning processes for HR solutions in the governmental sector.
- A focus on the execution of system settings that are both precise and in line with the unique needs of HR procedures in the public sector.
Qualifications:
- Must hold SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and ONB 1.0 Certification, at either Associate or Professional level.
- Possession of additional SuccessFactors qualifications is valued, although not required.
Experience with Configurations:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years specializing in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and 1.0 configurations.
- Active engagement in 3 to 4 or more end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors ONB implementations, with preference given to those with experience in municipal or state government projects.
- Acquainted with organizational HR frameworks, compliance matters, and reporting requirements within the government sector.
Core Duties:
- Adjustment and fine-tuning of SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 and 1.0 to fulfill the specific business needs of HR functions within the public service sector, including but not limited to onboarding processes, compliance paperwork, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Data Gathering, and Form configurations.
- Engage in discovery workshops and planning discussions with clients to pinpoint configuration needs and verify they are in line with envisioned process outcomes.
- Back system examination, confirmation, and handling of any issues that arise, working in collaboration with project leads and client contacts.
- Stay informed about the latest in SuccessFactors capabilities, remain compliant with public sector HR regulations, and adhere to configuration best practices.
- Develop and preserve system manuals, as well as contribute to the sharing of system insights and training undertakings.
Teamwork & Assistance:
- Engage collaboratively with senior consultants, integration units, and customer stakeholders to ensure precise and well-timed system configurations are delivered.
- Actively partake in project updates and report on the status of configurations as well as any obstacles encountered.
