Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Job Title: Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Job Location: Mooresville, NC
Salary: $120K-165K
Requirements: 5+ years of water/wastewater construction experience. Experience with Pump/Lift stations, water/wastewater treatment plants, and water, wastewater, & stormwater management systems highly preferred.
Position Overview:
The Water/Wastewater Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater projects, ensuring they meet all specifications, budgets, and timelines. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with various stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities for compliance with design specifications.
- Review and analyze project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the water and wastewater industry.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment plants, pump stations, and pipeline systems.
- Proficiency in project estimating and budgeting techniques.
