We are looking for a Business Analyst Wealth Management who has a strong understanding of the wealth management industry, including financial planning, advisory processes, client lifecycle management, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring smooth implementation of systems, tools, and processes that enhance client engagement and advisory effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the wealth management domain.
- Support client onboarding and lifecycle management processes.
- Design and enhance financial advisory workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams on portfolio construction, investment products, and suitability assessments.
- Work with CRM platforms (Client Relationship Management) and digital client engagement tools to optimize client experience.
- Understand and document wealth management backend operations and processing workflows.
- Partner with technology teams for system enhancements, integrations, and product implementation.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user stories for wealth management solutions.
- Conduct testing, validation, and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of wealth management industry including:
- Financial planning concepts and tools
- Advisory and client engagement systems
- Wealth management products (mutual funds, equities, structured products, etc.)
- Backend operations, compliance, and reporting
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Familiarity with and digital engagement platforms.
- Understanding of investment suitability and regulatory considerations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
