Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite / Hybrid as per client requirement)
Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with a strong Telecom background to support digital and customer-facing web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern web applications and a solid understanding of telecom systems, workflows, and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications for telecom platforms
- Work closely with product owners, UX teams, backend engineers, and telecom stakeholders
- Translate telecom business requirements (customer onboarding, billing, provisioning, self-service portals) into technical solutions
- Integrate web applications with telecom backend systems and APIs
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support
- Follow Agile/Scrum processes and telecom compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js / Angular / Vue.js (React preferred)
- Experience consuming REST APIs and handling JSON/XML
- Telecom domain experience supporting operators or vendors
- Understanding of telecom concepts such as BSS/OSS, customer lifecycle, provisioning, billing, and service activation
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards
- Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Node.js or backend integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Experience in Agile/Scrum telecom projects
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
